The event will consist of two components; a VIP reception for VIP ticket holders and the main event which will include all ticket holders.
VIP Reception
Doors will open at 6:30pm. Reception to commence at 7pm for VIP ticket holders only
Reserved seating will be arranged at round tables of eight (8).
Will include a complementary alcoholic beverage.
Some finger foods also to be provided as well as an express Latin dance lesson.
Special entertainment for this portion will be provided by;
Trio Los Laureles, a three-piece Latin guitar trio that sings in three-part harmonies. They will serenade the VIP attendants with a special hour of music and song.
Main Event
Doors will open at 8:30pm with the entertainment part of the event to commence approximately at 9pm. Seating will be general admission (non-reserved) on rectangular shaped tables of 10. The musical part of evening will be provided by; Orquesta Son D’ Arranke, a 12 piece Latin orchestra, including lead vocalist and 3 vocalist/musicians. They will play 3 x 45 minute sets commencing approximately at 9pm, performing a variety of Salsa, Bachata and Merengue music. The orchestra performance will be split with a 20 minute intermission that will be filled with Latin dancers from the local Latin dance studios. After the orchestra has completed their 3 sets, the evening will conclude with a 1 hour DJ set playing a mixture of popular Latin songs.
Cash bar will be offered and operated by the DaVinci centre. All bar sales proceeds will be retained by the DaVinci Centre. A basic menu will also be made available by the DaVinci for purchase at each table.
